Terms of Service

1. Service

Loki TV is a player and management platform. It does not sell, retransmit, host, or provide channels, signals, movies, series, or playlists. Each user or integrator is responsible for the source and authorization of configured content.

2. Account and TV

You must provide accurate data, protect your password, and remain responsible for account activity. Each TV has its own identification and license. Activation and access codes are temporary and must not be shared outside their intended flow.

3. License, trial, and billing

TV licenses and integrator operation plans are independent products. Price, duration, trial, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. Taxes, refunds, and cancellations follow the displayed offer, applicable law, and billing portal.

4. Integrators

Enabling integrator mode does not transfer TV ownership. Owners may authorize or revoke access. Integrators may configure playlists and serve only customers who authorized them, within the granted scope.

5. Acceptable use

• Use only owned, licensed, or otherwise authorized content.
• Respect copyright, privacy, age ratings, and local law.
• Do not bypass security, limits, billing, or third-party access.
• Do not submit malware, illegal or abusive content, or harm infrastructure.
• Do not resell the technology or claim to represent Loki TV without authorization.

6. Availability and compatibility

The service depends on the Internet, Smart TV, external providers, and media formats. We pursue high availability and recovery, but cannot guarantee continuous compatibility with every third-party playlist, codec, server, or TV model. Maintenance and updates may occur for security and quality.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, security risk, nonpayment, violation of these terms, or legal requirements. When possible, we will state the reason and remediation path. You may stop using the service and request account closure.
